Mei Terumi

Fifth Mizukage from kirigakure. He became mizukage after the reign of Yagura.

Mei was very cheerful woman and always smiling even if she said she will going to kill someone. She is willing to listen to anyone no despite of the age like what she did during the kage summit while gaara was speaking because she don't want any conflict. Mei is Good looking but still single and all she want is a man to be a husband. Mei easily get angry when Ao keep saying that she already passed the "marriageable age" after that she will whisper to Ao that she will going to kill him if he said that again. Any words that can insult her more specifically when it comes to her beauty and age he won't hesitate to kill that someone.

When it comes to battle Mei was powerful enough to earn the title of being Mizukage of kirigakure. During her battle Mei was very calm no matter what the situation is. She was also very observant and always have a presence of mind, that was proved when she was able to know that Ao was under the genjutsu of Fu.

Mei has the ability to use the three natures such as earth, fire and water and she can also use the "hiding in mist" technique to take advantage of the situations but this technique was useless when her opponent was a sharingan user.

One of the technique of Mei was her "lava release" by spitting out lava that can melt anything on its path even the "susanoo" of madara. Even madara noted this technique was very dangerous if he let his guard down he will get killed. This can be done by performing simultaneously the fire and earth nature.

Mei can also use her "boil release" by mixing the fire and water chakra to create an acid vapor that can melt anything. This can be done by using simultaneously the fire and water nature. Mei release this acid vapor from her mouth in an enclosed area. This attack can be use only in sealed area and must no other shinobi inside except the user and its opponent. The user can control the range and level of its attack and if ever the mist get in contact with its comrade the user can adjust the level of the acid mist into a safer level. This attack was strong enough to melt even the ribs of susanoo that even sasuke noted that his susanoo was strong defense than gaara's ultimate defense.

Mei was one of the super weapon during the fourth shinobi world war. Her attack was strong enough to be complimented by madara as a strong offense.
